Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but estimated delivery is generally:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase. Chisel & Spout cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at offic3@chiselandspout.co.za with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Chisel & Spout is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, load shedding, or other unforeseen circumstances.
